Inviting Women to an Online Health Study
Researchers from the University of California (UCSF) is studying whether a smartphone based educational chatbot can improve women women’s awareness and knowledge of their heart health and risks.
WHO CAN JOIN?
- Women, ages 25 or older, living in the US
- Have no history of heart disease
- Have a smartphone with access to WIFI
- UCSF Clinic OR Medical Center patient
- Not a healthcare provider
WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS BE ASKED TO DO?
- Use the smartphone app and participate in short text conversations about your health (~1hr total over the 12-week period)
- Complete three online surveys (~1hr total) over the 24-week period
COMPENSATION: You will receive a $20 e-gift card upon completion of ALL study requirement.
NO IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL MEETINGS ARE REQUIRED.
Taking part in research is voluntary. Your decision not to participate will not affect your care at UCSF.
